Vishu hits Nihal very very badly... and Nihal tells Saroj that he saw tears in megha's eyes and saroj takes him to Megha's hospital. Megha is brainwashed by Meenu that the chopra family is doing all this for the alimony that they'd have to give Megha.
Vishu tells Saroj that he will seperate Megha and Nihal.
Nihal refuses to get treated by anybody other than Megha... Saroj goes to get Megha.. and Megha is about to leave for Bangalore..
Saroj tries to get some sense into Megha...
Today:

Nihal is suffering in the hospital... he sees Saroj and asks if Megha is there.. and then he kinda collapses... the doctor checks him.. and says sorry and closes his head with the cloth... Saroj is looking on upset.. Reshma gets the news and Vishu is all happy... and Nanda tells that this zidd was not necessary.. and that because of her zidd, Nihal is no more... she takes the cloth away from his face...... and touches his forehead and closes her eyes.. she is uttering some mantra... megha is sitting in her car... and is looking at her mangalsutra.... she asks the driver to take her to the hospital.. Vishu gives this news to Uppal.. and tells that this was the news that he was looking for... Nihal's death...
Saroj still has her forehead on nihal's head and is uttering the mantra.
Nihal takes a gasp and starts breathing... Kukku and nanda are happy and megha also comes to meet him... and Megha comes and tells him that he will be alright... and then tells the doctor that it is an emergency.
Saroj is at the devi ma's statue in the hospital... praying... Megha tells that Nihal is out of danger now.. and Megha tells that Saroj saved Nihal... and Saroj tells Megha that she is the doctor... and Megha tells that she would've lost Nihal because of her mistakes.
Saroj explains to Megha that Suhana is in the past... and that Megha needs to forget that Suhana was ever in Megha's life...
In Uppal's house, Uppal is telling Vishu that he needs to not worry now.... and meenu tells vishu that nihal's death is vishu's revenge...
In Nihal's room, Kukku is telling Nihal to get well soon... and Nihal tells them that he feels as if nothing happened. and Megha comes and tells him but he still needs to take rest... and she also tells Kukku and Nanda that she and nihal will come into the chopra house together...
Here, Uppal and Meenu are trying to bhadkao Vishu... and are wondering about megha... when reshma gets a call, from reshma informing that nihal is ok now... and that megha is at teh hospital... and that vishu's mom is the reason why nihal was saved. and meenu and uppal are upset on hearing this... and meenu tells uppal that she would've killed Nihal... murdered him ... she says... and after he leaves... uppal gives a smile and asks meenu where vishu has gone now... and meenu tells him that vishu has gone to kill nihal... and she explains what vishu is doing... and predicts that he will remove the bottle of liquor from the dashboard, he will remember Nihal's statement that Suhana was the 'S' ... She tells Uppal that she learnt all this when in Jail and then tells him that now Saroj will have her own son against her... and let us see what she does now.
Saroj is still praying... and Megha asks kukku and nanda to go home... and rest... kukku tells that he will come back in the morning... Vishu comes in stealthily. Megha comes and reprimands nihal for not sleeping... and for not wearing the oxygen mask... she is leaving and he holds her hands.. she comes back and kisses his hand and asks him to sleep. vishu is seeing all this... he enters nihal's room... and goes hear Nihal... he removes the oxygen mask... saroj is still praying... Nihal kinda gives a gasp... Saroj realises something is wrong... Nihal now has difficulty breathing... Vishu leaves Nihal's room...
Saroj feels something is wrong...
