Hey guys!!! I just got this idea of writing an os so i have written it as i have been missing DEK like hell these days. Hope you guys like it.
FOREVER
Manyata:"Uday, these stars are so beautiful na."
Uday:"Yes Princess, So beautiful and so pure. Just like our love."
The night was beautiful with the sky filled up of stars,glittering like jewels and presence of full moon made the night more auspicious.
"Uday,you know people say that those who die become stars but mumma use to say that its only those who love someone unconditionally become stars to be with their loved ones forever.", Manyata said looking at him lovingly.
"I guess she was right princess.", he said taking her into his embrace and both sat on the swing, looking at sky.
Manyata: "Can i ask you something Halkat Vede."
"Sure my love.", Uday smiled at her.
"If i become a star then how will you recognize me?", she asked in a thoughtful way.
"Its simple princess, I will close my eyes and the first star i see after i open them, WILL BE YOU!", He said kissing her forehead.
Manyata looked at him for sometime and then said playfully," But that might not be me Uday."
"No Princess that will be you because it has to be you!" he replied looking straight into her eyes
"But how can you be so sure about that my astrologer hubby.", she said giving him a peck on his cheek.
Because my eyes might fail to recognise you at once but my heart and soul will always know your real self. And i know they can never be wrong. No matter what!", he said this with a heavy voice
Manyata's eyes were all filled when she whispered, hugging him tightly," To what extent are you going to love me Uday?"
"From where,there is no turning back princess even if i try to.", he replied caressing her hair while she just hugged him and they sat swinging ,admiring the sky.
ONE YEAR LATER
Uday looked up at the sky, it was the same as that night. He closed his eyes and remembered Manyata. She had been suffering from Carcinoma(a species of cancer) four past three years. He had tried a hell lot to get her cured but the fortune did not favour them and she passed away right after four months of that blissful night.
He opened his eyes and it fell on the most twinkling star among all. He admired it with tears brimming in his eyes and said ," See Princess, we both have proved our love, You have done it by becoming a star which proves that how unconditional and pure your love was and by recognizing you with no doubts, i have proved my love of loving you FOREVER!"
