After all it's genes and blood. They must have something similer

Massi was not opening her worthy mouth regarding bani's misscarriage until now. Had she told Jai about it, ONS wouldn't have happened. Why she is blaimming Jai for? she is the most responsible for everything. If Bani told her not to tell J then why is she telling the truth now?

Now, Karuna is CHUP too. What is she waiting for? God forbid.... Is she waiting for something worst to happen just like her mom?

Good thought. Maasi kept her mouth shut till the J-P karnama happened. Karuna will keep her mouth shut till either JW or Bani disappear into thin air.
