Jyoti, who has been watching Hindi TV serials for years and years always tells me that there is one unwritten rule that all serials follow. They never show the HERO as having physical relationships with two women at the same time (maybe its ok for villains but never the hero) as Indian viewers don't like to watch that kind of storyline.
Maybe the hero may have two women in his life, but "physical relationship" at the same time with both is a NO-NO!
Even Ekta herself has never shown the hero as having PHYSICAL RELATIONSHIP with two women simultaneously. Think about it and you will see I am right.
So usually the creative end one relationship fully and make it impossible for that physical relationship to continue and then only they start another relationship which they can take to physical conclusion.
If you see this is every true of so many many serials. I have myself seen that this theory of Jyoti is true each and every time.
So if it is right this time also, maybe the Creatives feel the need to fully close out the physical relationship of Ruq and Jalal in order that Jalal-Jodha relationship can be given that kind of space to grow into a physical thing eventually.

agree with your theory but still don't want to watch ruq or jalaal go thru a miscarriage trauma

Well, folks, a whole lot ot truths have come out thanks to Begum Salima, and Jalal, stone cold sober, has inveighed Jodha into pretending to become a mother to prevent his Ammijaan from setting off on foot to Ajmer Sharif and back to get the Mughal empire its waaris. So all this becomes redundant, at one fell sweep! Such is the power of the CVs!

@jyo..u are absolutely right...this whole track is to show jalal in a good light to jodha ,that he does have a heart and soul ...and the whole rahim truth will be out and as i had said earlier in the post i soo hope to see jodha consoling a heartbroken and drunk Jalal after whatever the sad news is ...

jalal is slipping out of both MA and rukku hands and both of them are slowly realising it ...yesterday ruqaiyya scene was symbolic indeed her insecurity and jealousy which she tries to hide behind her arrogance was so visible...the thing is jalal treats her as a friend and hence shares all this with her unaware of the insecure woman inside...
