As usual in all Ekta serials, the women with cancer gets pregnant and her death related illness dissapears because shes now pregnant!

So I guess Raashi will be pregnant next!😛

That's so true radha. Well in a way I hope she is pregnant, that way at least the cancer will have supposedly disappeared, cuz I'd love to see Ranvir and Raashi as parents. They'd be so cute as a family.
