Firstly i m pretty sure that suriji hasn't died...only injured...

And i also strongly feel that its Dr.Shalini and not ritu....otherwise...what will she do in the medical room???
coz ritu defiinetly will not want to be caught with injuries in black dress...unless the woman knows how to cure herself...and thus i think it might be shalini..
