Her eyes welled up in tears she saw Maan not even sparing her a glance through out the party. A pang of jealousy ran through her as she observed Maan was busy talking to one of his female colleagues in the party, or so she assumed. Though they just started talking to each other, but least Geet expected was Maan would leave her alone in the party despite being aware of her consciousness. She began searching for Daadimaa, when she spotted her busy with her group of friends. Sighing, she went towards the counter to get herself a glass of water, as she neared the counter she glanced towards Maan only to see him being dragged by his arm by the same girl he was conversing with . Numerous questions ran through Geet, as she wondered how can Maan not react to such a thing. A wave of emotions flooded through her filling her mind with various questions, and in an attempt of calming herself down, she looked away. Her mind was stuck at one thought, who was the girl and how can she behave with Maan that way.? Last but not the least, big question that bothered her was, why wasn't Maan reacting.?

" Stop it Nisha " Maan gritted through his teeth, glaring at the girl.

" Why Maan, why are you doing this.? Stop all this right away.! " the girl held him by his collar.

" Nisha. Just leave. I don't want any scene here, am I clear.? " he said, jerking her hands away in anger.

" Not so soon Mr. Khurana, not so soon.! " she said, leaving his collar and pushing him away from herself. She gave him one last glare, and marched towards the party.
