Actually about Ms. Carol,
If you are uncertain about someone's maritial status you can actually call that lady Ms. There is nothing wrong. But If you say Mrs. and that lady 😆 is not married, that's shameful.

hey yeah ur right...they called her niyati rahtod in last nights episode too (5 february)

Yeah. It was a bit awkward... and especially for Singhania since he knows that they are just engaged and not married. Niyati is still suppose to go by Chauhan.
