Raj said that no one except himself knew about the process of trigger room then who entered.

May be Shakti is the enemy and he is told Ritu to steal trigger.

or

Navin is alive and it was him as he was guarding the triggers previously.

DJs brought Navin alive like Ekta did Anurag & Apo*na in KZK.

it cant be possible becoz according to RAJ, naina and whole academy he was the best cadet and even best soilder [if he was not prooved as traitor]

and best soilder know verywell how to keep a scret

may be spy got aal this info from nside of army i mean some higher officer like shakti[ whoever be the spy]
