film songs in daily soaps sbs show today

y does everyone use films songs in daily soaps?????

this was the main theme of the sbs show today....

Thr is no soap today at this time which does not use a film song in their story

well this contributes to more entertainment in the daily serial freely.u can not only see the serial but also hit film songs. this also profits the producers as well as the actors as they seeing their fav actors/actresses dancing entertains the viewers a lot.

also the actors r profited since by seeinf thier performance they r called for private performances in parties and stage shows. well no even complains abt this too.....the producers r benifited a lot

even the songs do not become popular as in films but when they r played in our soaps they become extra polupar. once a song is used in one soap the rest of other soaps also use the same making the song more and more popular.

well if thr is no story left to increase the soap anymore these songs r used which consumes time as well as profits the show.(well they showed jdd song of jb c-night)

well in a topic of item songs in show they showed pia dancing an item song and said tht she too has joined in the list item song dancers when asked abt this she replied tht she has done 2-3 songs in ks and 2 more in other soaps. she says tht she enjoys doing these kind of dances as long as they fit into her schedule ........ some other said tht we cant become popular in films until the film becomes popular but this is not the case in the soaps whr we become an over night stars...........

well asking the viewers everyone says tht they do enjoy these songs and in the background they showed the jb's anniversary party and the songs performed in the show.

they pose a question tht y dont the soap makers make their songs???y do they have to copy from some film?

this is a great job of selecting a situational song, editing it, making act the actors like a film song, then passing the whole time with the songs....which increases the soap even if no story is available...

well tht's it. the whole show consisted of the different songs used in different soaps.........

I personally love it when they use filmi songs in the background, especially for the couple. But I also get annoyed when they change the anthem. JDD was perfect for JB and it needn't be changed!!

But I think the best example of using a bollywood song in the background was given by KTH! Thora Sa Pya Hua Hai became a huge rage thanks to Sujal-Kashish. It was so perfect!!

But there are some serials which don't use songs in the background. Saath Phere and Dulhann don't but I really want the latter to have one. 😳

even i feel the same. i too want to jdd for our couple. but they have changed it. hope they bring it agn and we can all see the perfect jdd moments between jai and bani

In almost all the serials there is a party every week. This is where the item numbers fit in. One wonders who keeps throwing a party at the drop of the hat. For all sorts of wild reasons. Otherwise also there are filmi songs playing in the background.

yeah u r right. everyweek we see kind of party gng on everywhr

all they have is the film songs gng on all round the serial
