Maham anga by entrapping Moti has not only saved her son and gotten Moti's silence. She has also made sure her son will never run after Moti again. Maham knows that the punishment is death for Motibai. I don't think Maham anga added Jodha to the equation. Jodha is the catalyst who will ruin her plan.

True. Jodha jumped into the fire to save her, so why not this? Like I said before, CVs won't let Moti die because if she dies, Jodha is going to have Jalal for the rest of her life. With Jodha's character she will hold him responsible.
