Exactly, Katy! One has to ask the channel/PH if it was worth it at the end. If season 2 is indeed ending it is approx 3 months after season one was terminated. They could have very well extended season 1 for 3 more months and given the show an ending it deserved. Some of the loose ends they could have tackled:
1) Pari's one night stand lie and her going back to work.
2) Issues between Vidhi and Panku.
3) There were still unresolved issues between Yash and Aarti.
4) The Aayu debacle.
5) Given some more time for SP-Radha PV
6) Proper closure of Ishita-Akaash relationship.
I think from what I have gathered is that, the channel wanted to terminate the show and the PH stalled it by offering a season 2. Who knows what went on and there is no point in trying to figure it out either but it really is a pity that they couldn't extend season 1 for few more months and give it a closure it deserved. Oh well, I suppose money comes first and then everything else.
