What I think the makers were trying to portray (but weren't very successful at doing so) is that Jodha has her own quarters away from the Mughal ladies...since she's a Hindu princess and she does Aarti everyday with Puja etc Jalal must have allowed for that arrangement... possibly to keep the peace of the place...I'm guessing her quarters are branched away from the Harem since she appeared inside the Harem within a minute or so...hence I guess the eunuchs are guarding all of it...(In the serial I don't know if Akbar has built a separate mansion for Jodha yet)

She may just end up getting into trouble for not telling anyone. She is bound to suffer anyway.

Eunuchs are incapable of falling in love with women, yet physically they could be nearly as strong as men...so they'd be the best bet where protection for women would be considered...Jalal's harem is not the first place that eunuchs were used to accompany the Royal ladies...

That's why when the ladies saw Mothi bai, they wondered why she was in the harem instead of being with Jodha at her quarters so late at night...

As for Mothi Bai not screaming, she did it to uphold her honour and that of her princess...whether she is raped or not, its always the lady who would have been disgraced...plus she is a Hindu daasi being chased by a Mughal Royal in a Mughal palace...she is not going to be favoured (whether Adham gets punished for this or not!)

Additionally, ahe already knows Jodha is not too happy with her new place...this incident would only make it more difficult for her...I guess this is why she decided to take the quietest route and escape into the harem...

However, none of the above points have been depicted clearly...we've had to rummage our brains to come upon these conclusions...
