I read somewhere that ruqaiya is jalaals uncles daughter so is she the daughter of the same uncle whom jalaal remembered in his flashback

No, that wasn't Rukaiya's father. Her father was Hindal Mirza---Babur's favourite son.

The man shown in the flashback was Askari Mirza, another one of Rukaiya & Jalal's mutual uncles. He was a half-brother to both Humayun & Hindal but full-brother to Kamran Mirza- the very one that was mentioned by him in the flashback.

Babur had 3 wives. 1st wife had 2 sons; kamaran n aksari, 2nd had 1 son hindal (ruku's father) n a daughter gulbadan. 3 wife had 1 son humayun. Kamaran n aksari together waged a war against humayun n had captured akbar. The one akbar rememberd was probably aksari.

xactly! Since humayun was at war with kamaran n aksari...he wantd to kill them. Therefore my guess is that the uncle in the flashback was aksari who wanted to kill akbar before humayun cud kill his bro kamaran
