I listen songs, cook, read books n watch movies to remove stress... Best thing is I avoid thinking about stress creating problems n divert my mind...

Personal level pe mujhe gussa kum aata hai, but mere hubby ke mumakable jyada aata hai... In such cases I ignore him and he realize than I patch up... Office mein agar work related kuch issue se gussa aya to mein gusse ka constructive use karti Hun.. Sath mein aur bhi Jo issues hai aur jahan jahan pe atke hai vaha pe sab ki band bajati Hun...I don't even spare my boss... But us ki vajah se bahot problems solve ho jate hai...

Aur rahi baat sadness ki to I talk to my Moma who is my best friend n talk to my hubby... Also I concentrate on something else to divert my mind...

Watching Aka , it's old episodes and visiting our forum is also diverting my mind and making me cool, happy and positive...

venting out my stress /anger or sadness whatsoever through pen is my way & it works very well!

and one more thing i do is to visit my best friends' place and have masti with her... really diverts my mind from the tention..
