Could sumbody plz give me a brief summary of the story of Reth up until now? It would be much appreciated.

well I will try to summarize it to you. for details go to the updates. Jia a middle class girl with high Indian values, & is married to Shakar Pandey (SP). it is a love marraige, and both of them are journalists. However, Jia now is a perfect housewife taking care of the house,etc, and also the most loved bahu in the house. She also recently finds out she is pregneant. SP's sis is getting married, but she is in love with someone else. Jia being the perfect sister in law who wants to solve everyones problem, tries to help SP's sis, in the process gets raped. Then the story drags to show how she cries, the people taunting her etc.😭 The last straw is broken when SP tells her that he wants her abort the baby! she leaves the house and goes to her mothers house (dad is dead; only has one sis and mom who is a teacher to support the family);Then she tries to find a job blah---nothing important. Sp in the meanwhile is interviewing an beautiful actress (doing his job), with who he ends up having an affair with.

He also finds the person responsible for the rape, and apologises to Jia in the end she forgives him, and comes back home. Every thing is happy and merry until jia finds out about the actress and SP's affair with her.At the same time the actress also becomes an ambassador for the company, and everyone is happy about this except of course SP and Jia. That is where we have stopped in usa

There is also an old lady who is evil😡. she is the mother in law of SP's brother. She stirs trouble in the house, She hates Jia, and has never been happy all her life.She therefore does not want anyone to be happy. Her daughter though the eldest daughter in law, acts stupid!

Then there is manas who is Jia's and Sp's child hood freind who always tries to get jia and SP together. Jia also now has changed her career and works as a fashion designer for his company. 😛

Sp also has quit his job as a journalist, and works with his brother.

Things to note**Jia the perfect daughter in law of course got raped because the rapists were looking for SP's sister, and Jia lied and otold them she was SP's sis, though she was not!
