Singing competition & I-Day celebration on Taarak..
Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah
The members of Gokuldham society in Asit Kumarr Modi 'Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah', have once again gone into the competitive spirit and is all set to find the solution in most democratic manner.
Since everybody is keen to hoist the flag on Independence Day this year, the society members organize a singing competition to decide the winner who will ultimately hoist India's flag as a prize.
All members of Gokuldham Society participated in this singing competition with enthusiasm.
When asked, about their views on this special day, Dilip Joshi said, "I want freedom from corruption. I don't believe in celebrating 15th August and 26th January only on some particular day. We should celebrate each and every day as our independence and republic day because we all are aware of about the difficulties and sacrifices that has gone in achieving freedom."
Adds Disha Vakhani, "I want clean India and I really salute my army brothers who safeguard us 24/7 security."
While Daya and Jetha sing 'hum jis desh ke vashi hai us jis desh mein gangabeheti hai,' Bhide and Madhavi will sing 'bharat hamko jaan se pyaara hai ye gulista hamara hai.' Babita and Iyear will sing 'dil diya hai jaan bhi denge ye vatan tere liye,' and Tappu sena will sing 'Yeh duniya ek dulhan, ye maathe ki bindiya, ye mera india , I love my India'
