Does Aai know something that Mohan does not ?

Today we saw the subtle interplay between Aai and Vasu regarding Vasu's past. Both seemed to know something but was not sure if the other knew so they are playing their cards close to their chests. One thing is becoming clear though - that Vasu indeed is Mohan. However Colors had said that the end of Season 2 would be quite dramatic and different. So therefore that rules out Mohan working as a double agent a la Don or the ghisa pita memory loss story. There could be another way by which Vasu could be revealed as Mohan in the final climax - any thoughts? I think somehow Naina too may feature in this reveal.

Dear Zandu, You may be right. Maybe there is a third option.

If Mohan is indeed Vasu and there is no double agent story or memory loss story then a possibility is that Addu and Mohan are in touch whereas the rest of the world knows he is dead. So Mohan is living life in incognito as he had promised Addu. He knew nothing of Ai and her business and may have come to Mumbai as per promise made to Addu to exit from their lives and then he may have run into Chakradhar Mama (Vasu's Mama). Mama saw an opportunity and got rid of the real Vasu and somehow told Aai that it was an accident. Aai was shattered but very quickly Mama brought Mohan and told him to help out Aai by pretending to be her son. Mohan agreed as he wanted to remain incognito as per promise made to Addu plus he saw no harm in giving a shattered mother back her happiness by pretending to be her son. It was only later that Mohan found out that Vasu was a goonda and a smuggler but it was too late and he had to take up this personality. Only Mama and Aai knew the switch had been made and the rest of the world felt that it was Vasu all along.

Could this be a possibility (given the fact that Mohan is Vasu and Colors is not taking the Don double agent route or the cliched memory loss route)

Any thoughts, please?

i also feel vasu is mohan and aai knows that , that is why she is trying to make megha move away from vasu as seen in precap 😕

yar my thought is Vasu is Mohan and it is only know about Aai. and this suspense would be solved by only mama.

I think Aai's son Vasu died some 2 years back...and then maybe she met Mohan who wasn't dead and asked her to come with him. And Mohan did so to keep his promise wid Addu...coz I don't think that Mama knows anything...!!
