😉😆 So, I am going to post some topics today and very rare since I am home with the flu. 🥱 I remember when Madhuri left, then Aish, etc. People called them buddhi and old, don't come back! The same thing will happen to Vidya, Bebo, Peecee, and Kat. How will we feel? Sad, but age comes with a price to Bollywood actresses. Do we know anyone in their 40's on the top?! Aish won't make a successful comeback, that is the harsh reality of a male chavunist business. Same thing goes for Madhuri and her Gulaab Gang. Please share your thoughts. How will fans feel when old or "BUDDHI" apply to the current actresses?!! 😭

Why is this industry considered male chauvinistic only when they do not accept heroines above 35 years old? Why don't women complain when the same industry gives them work at the age of 15-16 years old when men get hero roles at much later age (about 24-25)?

The industry is male chauvinistic (this is the bitter truth about our country at large) but these heroines don't really complain when it works for them i.e. when they get roles (read money) at the age of 18 by replacing some other older heroine (turning 30-35). The complaints start only when the said young heroine turns old and has to face the music herself.

And honestly I don't even understand the concept of people being called buddha/buddhi at the age of 40. Seriously, then what should they be called at the age of 60-65 (which is actual retirement age from any other profession)?
