Nothing much happened today. Arjun feels Bhoomi is alive. Bhoomi making an attempt to tell the Parekhs the truth but has not been able to so far.
Bhoomi goes thru the pic album of the Parekh family and Devika. Arjun goes thru the pic album of his and Bhavri's, he thinks about all the times good and bad, happy and sad spent with Bhoomi and cries. The song Tera Mera Saath Hai Aisa plays in the background.
Bhoomi thinks that everyone loves Devika very much, but where is she and what would Arjun and family be thinking about me, do they know that I am here. I need to meet Dr. Tushar and find out about Devika.
Savitri and HML are sitting outside in the garden. Savitri tells HML that she feels Devika has changed a lot and does not even recognize us. HML tells her he is worried about Duggu. Savitri thinks something and HML tells her not to even think about such a thing (I think Savitri has a feeling something is wrong and this may not be Devika).
Arjun still looking at the pics, Baisa comes and tells him that she knows what he is undergoing, but he need to take care of himself. Arjun tells her that Bhavri cannot leave me, if I am still breathing, then Bhavri must be somewhere. Even though I have done her antim sanskar with my own hands, my heart is not accepting it, I feel Bhavri is there. Baisa tells him that she knows he loved Bhoomi a lot, but did not trust her enough, all she was trying to do was expose Shefali's truth. Arjun tells Baisa that he did trust Bhoomi but he trust Shefali equally.
Dr. Tushar comes in to checkup on Bhoomi. Bhoomi asks him about the surgery. Dr. Tushar tells her that they found the pic in her hand and gave her the face in the pic, but the other lady who was called Bhoomika Goenka could not be saved and died. Bhoomi is surprised. HML comes and thanks Dr. Tushar for all he did and gave their Devika back to them. Bhoomi tells them that she want to say something.
Savitri is making kheer and Duggu wants to take it first for his mom.
Bhoomi tries to tell Dr. Tushar and HML that when the accident happened and her face got burned. HML tells her yes then Dr. Tushar did the surgery. Bhoomi tries to tell them that there was a mistake, but then as she is about to Duggu comes in with the kheer with Savitri following. Dr. Tushar gets a call from the hospital and leaves.
Bhoomi does not take the kheer from Duggu, and Duggu leaves telling her that he is going to get a surprise gift for her. Bhoomi tries to talk to Savitri but she just tells Bhoomi to rest.
Savitri again tells HML that Devika has changed, Duggu says she did not even eat the kheer. HML tells them that she might be in some kind of a shock due to accident and surgery.
Rahul comes there and tells them about an incident and that he did not fight and is trying to control his temper and is following Savitri's advice. Asks Savitri why she seems worried, and they tell him that they feel Devika has changed.
Bhoomi thinks that everyone loves Devika so much what would happen if they find out the person they thought to be Bhoomika Goenka who is dead is actually their Devika. What would happen to Duggu, but she feels the truth must be told to them.
