If Arjun and Purvi married with all rituals, but if Purvi is not divorced by Onir, although married and have a big wedding then the wedding of Purvi and Arjun is not valid. It will happen will cancel their marriage, unless Onir and Arjun ie 1 of them divorce Purvi.

As per indian law if u r already married and r nt divorced properly and on d top of it u r married to another person then d second marriage wud always b considered as null and void. so in arvi's case if before d wedding purvi isnt divorced then deir mariage wil automaticaly b void and in dis case purvi cannot divorce arjun as per ur post.

So before arvi's marriage punir shud b divorced.

going by the logic of show onir is already married to shalini in view of everyone so purvi and onir's marriage is also not valid that is why archana filed a cheating case against him and when the case is cleared in court with that purvi will be out of the marriage so then arvi can get married...

if after arvi marriage onir truth revealed then also a big problem because court accept the onir first marriage and purvi marriage is invalid so there is not divorce but when truth reveal punir marriage also again would be valid because they have court marriage but that not a big tension because onir will divorce purvi by mutual understanding so there not many issue like arman divorce...but thing is if in court onir proved as a cheater as per archana's case then may be he will go to jail
