I feel a lot of parallelism between this and the flop show Byah Hamari Bahu Ka. specially the child track. It was the same in the other serial too but the reasons were slightly different. In the end they try to marry the Bahu with the kid's father just because kid needs a mother although she was perfectly happy with her husband and husband loves her a lot and all. Plain stupid. Same thing seems to be repeating here as well.
