Oh she’s not gonna suffer anything as we know the idea is to start a conversation about gender neutral laws. Presently there are no laws to punish women like Pari who file false cases against their husbands and inlaws.

But given the guy she is crazy about is already a shady character who is more into her money than her, I hope she’s duped, dumped and framed by him in some form of crime. That will be fun!

Thank you smiley1

However sadly Tulsi won’t do any such thing though it would’ve been hilarious if she had pulled off a Biwi No 1 on any of the women vying for Mihir’s attention. You want him? Fine, keep him - but also keep his family which can fill up a mini stadium all on their own; and has problems that would make you think that the moon has less craters than the Viranis have issues. Go pop as many migraine pills as you can and then still have a thankless Mihir blaming you for forgetting to add salt to his sabzi or sugar to his coffee.

If that doesn’t make a woman run for the hills nothing will and if she’s still interested in being aboard this Titanic of terrible tantrums she is more than welcome to it while Tulsi can enjoy her life, after she gets half of Mihir’s assets as she should given that she’s practically lived nearly 40 years with him and given him kids and looked after his family always.

Tulsi had the option of walking away from Mihir and ending their relationship the day she learnt about Mandira; before she even knew who Karan really was but she stayed on for Baa, was afraid Shobha might have a miscarriage (as she ultimately does) when she finds out the truth about her father.

Mihir casually forgets everything when he is the one who has actually brought shame to not only his family but also his wife! Has he ever shown to spare a thought about not just what Tulsi felt once she found out about his affair and his son from the affair but also what she might have had to endure from society? The gossip, the taunts, the snickers, and probably the worst thing of all - pity.

No other scene perhaps other than PC and RS’s from Bajirao Mastani has captured what wives feel about such a situation.

So it’s infuriating that he still has the audacity to claim the higher ground here despite everything.

Nah, I don’t want her to endure domestic violence. That would make her a victim and she deserves no sympathy.

Ranvijay should be involved in criminal activities and she should get arrested as an accomplice of his crimes as well. No gender neutrality in laws in criminal cases. Also, she is stupid and arrogant enough, not to mention selfish and spoiled that she might actually be a willing accomplice rather than an innocent collateral who was just a stupid girl caught in a trap in the wrong place at the wrong time.

She doesn’t deserve sympathy or mercy, but punishment. So Ranvijay shouldn’t hit her, instead he should just lead her into a situation where she willingly commits crimes thinking she’s too smart, well connected and rich enough to get away with it, only for things to backfire spectacularly against her.

Ohsmiley18 But she deserves to go to jail. I don't favor domestic violence but this lady deserves it from the person for whom she is hell bent on the ruining the lives of so many innocent people.

I want her in jail too. That’s why I hope she’s lured into a life of crime by Ranvijay in some way rather than her getting beaten by him. She unfortunately doesn’t come across as the sort who would get some sense knocked into her simply because Ranvijay gives her a slap or two. She deserves to be punished more harshly and because she thinks she’s too smart to be caught and punished rather than become a victim just because she’s a girl who got slapped. That would be so easy and simplistic; plus a bit anticlimactic and not enough of a punishment for an ungrateful child like her who is playing games with the parents who chose to love her as their own even when they didn’t have to do it or could have simply not done it. They could have sent these siblings off to boarding schools and paid their fees from the inheritance left behind by their parents which they managed as guardians/trustees until these kids were older. But they chose to love them and this is how she’s repaying their kindness and love; she deserves worse than a slap or two.

Worse with this track of Angad agreeing to marry Noyna’s niece while simultaneously falling for a girl who works for the Viranis, they’re so trying to recreate the original triangular history of Mihir, Payal and Tulsi! With additional ickiness derived from the fact that the aunt is chasing after the father and the niece is being set up with the son! Definitely not a scenario that plays out in “izzatdaar families”.

The only difference is that Vrinda is already shown as being engaged to an asshole to make sure nobody feels bad for her fiancé or thinks she’s not a morally upright girl for dumping him given that he’s already proven to be abusive when they’re merely engaged. Unfortunately, beyond annoyance and boredom the new gen doesn’t inspire any other reactions or feelings.

yeah, i also figured it was a rehash of the initial plot of payal falling for mihir but he was already in love with tulsi at that timesmiley36it felt like a mixture of that track and there was this track in PR (on zee tv) where purvi was engaged to a hypocrite for the sake of izzat lol. smiley36

Wow ,so perfectly analyzed. I thought the come back would show Tulsi as a strong woman but here Mihir is shown as a character who really needs to grow up and wonder people are even supporting him.

Lol, I completely forgot about Purvi Arjun but yeah it’s a rehash - old wine in a new bottle. Too bad that these actors don’t have half the acting chops or the chemistry that Asha and Rithwik did because it was solely that which enabled them to sell the same age old story we all have seen a hundred times before.
