Did Anandi just went all the way to Chanda's house to waste her husband's petrol and time...it's very easy to say that women is Devi's roop and they should start raising their voice but what happens in reality is far worse...husbands who abuse their wife hardly care for her life...they even burn their wife and damage them to an extent of death and unfortunately no one helps her...Anandi and Ganga's fight against their husbands were very easy because they had a very large number of support which not every woman can get...Ganga was never quiet and always protested against her husband but got freedom when Singhs helped her and even Anandi got the strength form Singhs...Anandi called police and got the man arrested then just left him when he started speaking of redeeming himself...has Anandi forgotten what Ratan Singh did?...he still has not redeemed...i think Chanda's husband should have been arrested and given a good beating...if he would not have redeemed at least he would have gotten afraid of police's threat...really Anandi's lecture are not enough to redeem any person in real life...god know when CVs will show reality...what Anandi spoke is written and said by many people for generations but had there been any change...CVs should not show that every person needs second chance but they should start showing to get in action before matter gets worse...is Anandi waiting for Chanda's husband to burn whole body of Chanda and then get her justice like it happened with Ganga?...why wait for worse when you know things can be sorted out right now...today's episode for boogas...Anandi just wasted police and her husband's time and petrol...if she went all the way to give lecture then even Chanda can do that 😡

Also, I don't think that just anyone (including anandi) can file an FIR. I think the aggrieved party themselves have to do it. So, Chanda herself would have to file the FIR. I think this is a creative liberty that Anandi can file an FIR and get someone arrested. Even if Anandi filed, it would have to be on behalf of Chanda.

don't know much about FIR but i think anandi can file a case as PIL

Do not aggree with you on above. There is a lot of difference between Ratan singh & chanda's husband. Ratan Singh is shown as a gunda, having lot of powers. No villagers dared to go against him. While chanda's husband is just a coward person, what he does is just get drunk & abuse chanda. Such ppl are mostly coward. He does that repeatedly bcoz chanda never spoke against him. He didnt surrender to anandi's lecture, he surrendered after police caught him. Had he been a leader of the area, what you wrote would have held good.

That FIR must have been written on behalf of Chanda.

Nothing will come out of it for the time being.He may even pretend to have changed completely.

Because his behaviour has come into police notice he will lie for sometime and after that he will start again.

But this FIR will help the lady if she decides she had enough of this nonsense and wants to take action or to separate from him.

If I am not wrong there needs to be a solid evidence that she has indeed has seeked the help of law in cases of domestic violence.

By what they have shown till now this is not the end of violence against Chanda and er case is not yet solved.

Anandi did not file FIR. She just called police. Inspector was just writing the details. After that is done, the FIR would be filed with chanda's name only.

my mother was ROFL 😆...she told me i would bet anything to see if any of these women can remember so many numbers...i still free no matter how much anandi has struggled she still needs to know that such fight against injustice and abuse is not simple unless there is someone powerful to support u...before marriage anandi could raise her voice because she had singhs and now she herself is collector's wife but what about women who had no one to even call her own...my aunt, an RAS officer, herself has struggled from abusive marriage and trust me it's not easy...the best she could do was get herself transfered away from her husband and get near to her own family (sisters) for little help...she never took divorce because it was not the solution as it would have not stopped my uncle form following her everywhere...luckily with time he improved a bit but still he speaks abusive things to her when he is drunk 😭...so the reality is not as simple as BV shows...not everyone's husband is collector and neither are they so supportive...so i wish CVs start giving some logical help to such cases rather than anandi's lecture and devi's roop

It would have been nice if they had posted the phone numbers on the screen instead of verbal reciting. A running strip would have been a very effective way to display these numbers.

iit's not about position of power society gives but power the wife gives to her husband and chnada has given her husband power to abuse her...since no one ever protested against chanda's abusive husband he got more confidence in him...he will never try to destroy shekhars like ratan tried to singhs but he will keep abusing chanda even after this ...what i don't get is why anandi took back he complain...she should have at least kept him in jail for one day...no one is suppose dot waste police time like this by calling them all the way and then taking back the complain on the spot...just because she is shiv's wife she took the liberty...the reality is worse and i think if CVs want to show right message then the arrest should have been made
