Laajo & Nikhil's Mami Ji

Looks like Laajo and Nikhil's Mami Ji (sorry didn't catch her name) are going to have a lot in common. Both are coming from village life to modern city life. Looks like Mami Ji is still firmly planted in her roots and I'm sure Laajo will be the same when she comes to Nikhil's house and will probably be treated the same by her MIL and Nikhil's Mami is treated by Nikhil's grandma.

Loving the show so far and am really looking forward to seeing how Laajo and Nikhil and up getting married. Wonder what circumstances will force them to do so???

Parm Hi after a long time but I think with this show we will have a better time.Nikhil mami's name is Meera and of course she will be like a support for Lajjo.

Yes, I definitely think she will be Lajjo's support person and I'm looking forward to seeing a bond build between the 2 of them because of their mutual background and position (being village gals instead of sophisticated/modern city folk) in their respective in-laws. So far this show seems to be shape'n up well. Hope the writers can keep it up👍🏼

Parm if ever in a real life this situation can't be beared by any wives if ever the hubby continues to have an affair with his girlfriend whatever the situation one's get married.

Agree 100% Anju. I can't fathom anyone allowing it or pretending to be okay with it. I'm sure in the end the 2 will end up together (if they want a happy ever ending story for the married couple) but I'm sure the viewers are going to see a rough ride till they get there.

Yeah it is very difficult to act neutral as some feelings always changed/developed after marriage. But i hope at a certain point Lajjo gets tired of the situation of acting like good friend etc and just leave her parents search for a new groom for her let see Nikhil reaction (I think a good friend will definitely like that his friend is tying the knot😉
