While world continues to dig deep into Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan's hug at Baba Siddiqui's Iftar party, King Khan has broken his silence on his present equation with Salman.
In an interview to Bombay Times, SRK recollects an incident from his teen days in Delhi when he had got into a conflict with somebody from another group in the colony. To sort it out the two of them met alone, fought and came back becoming friends. However they never revealed to the world the truth about who won the fight.
Speaking on his patch-up with Salman, he says, "I read assumptions, Karan Arjun 2, X, Y, Z, and, with full respect I say, even for Salman, he's never spoken about it either. It was gracious, it was loving, and decent, and extremely courteous. Beyond that, I've never talked about it".
Khan further adds, "People are there to talk about it. It's nice to hug people, whenever you can. There's nothing more or less to that".
SRK says there is no need to add any sort of a tag to his present equation with Salman Khan.
"It's what they say - pyar ko pyaar hi rehne do, koi naam na do. Hum naam dene ki bohot jaldi mein hain - patch up, break up, meet up, Karan Arjun 2, love, thaw...! I wish him the best, he wishes me the best, our lives are different, which is why we don't see each other".
Shah Rukh Khan is currently gearing up for his EID release Chennai Express and has made sure the film stays away from any sort of negativity that had been attached to some of his recent releases.
