The way I understand it, ansh is relationship-wise not a child - it's more like a self equivalent. For instance, both Rama & Krishna are conflated w/ Vishnu himself - nobody refers to them as Vishnu's sons. In the case of Shiva, the avatar is partial, in that Shiva himself doesn't cease to exist in Kailash when his avatar appears - which is why Hanuman is among the immortals, and there was never any case of Nandi going to him and asking him to return to Kailash. But that doesn't make the avatar his son.
Also, on an extended level, there are no relationships b/w 2 people whose son's happen to be avatars. Like Aditi has no relationship w/ Renuka, who has no relationship w/ Kaushalya, who has no relationship w/ Devaki. They may have all been moms of Vamana, Parashurama, Rama & Krishna, but that doesn't make them relatives. People who are reborn - those are totally new starts, and their parents don't get to be related.
Vrish don't mean to be a pest but if there are no relationships, then saas walaa relationship does not occur either, hai na? even though your ROFL emo suggests you are saying that just in jest!😃
But by having this discussion, at least me got enlightened a bit, thanks to you!🤗
But seriously, as far as our Hindu avatars are concerned, there's no dearth of what their ultimate significance is for us kalyugis. as my mother has been advocating all her 80+ years to her children, neighbors, acquaintances.
And as an adult I have been into spiritual satsangs and have learnt something about our own existence. Last night I finally watched epi 1 (my own thread) and was mesmerized by what Mahadev stated to Prajapati Daksh about human beings, being souls and not this body (paraphrasing), coinciding with my own learnings. I may be going off the tangent a bit here but had to say a thing or two about this mahaan serial.⭐️👏
