No one will retire in a literal sense. But some will become insignificant in public view.

As a star it could be Ajay but he is very good actor so will continue to get good roles, if he sheds his star ego.

Its the same with SRK too big ego so even he might find it very hard to sustain. Remember the bigger the star the bigger the fall.


Salman will be a joke in his later years no doubt in that because he is a very poor actor. it will be interesting to see who becomes a bigger joke between salman and akshay kumar after few years.


Aamir as people are expecting would move to direction and I think he would progress like a clint eastwood as long as his "instinct" with script works.


And finally it is only when these guys go through their final phase that people will once again realize the kind of giant/phenomenal presence Big B has been that even today roles are written for him and the way he still ignites passion among his fans at such an age.
