May be Rashi is having some illness. Ranveer looked bothered (may be how to arrange money to save Rashi) .. so he could not attend the board meeting as well and thats the reason, even Jai looked surprised and said 'Tum..? '

Simple yaar, if he would be real thief, he would have showed gun or would have threatened Jai... he was 100% some family member thats why money dropped down from his hands..

This was what I was thinking too...
It was Ranveer, he needs the money for Raashi.. Jai also knows the secret of Ranveer and now everybody will think wrong about them..

While I think it could be either Ranveer or Pia, I also wonder about Pushkar...after Bani giving the lecture about integrity etc.....remember he has an axe to grind with Jai!
