Examples of Invasion of Celeb Privacy

In light of the recent tamasha, I'm wondering, are there actually examples of cameras capturing something that a celeb CAN claim is an invasion of privacy?

Actually Kate middleton thing,I know she's not a celebrity.But the paparazis took her pics of honeymoon and that too topless pics,which was disgusting.

The one I can think of, and obviously it pertains to Kareena coz she's the celeb I know most about, is when mid-day recorded Kareena's messages to Saif while she was texting him. It was during an interview, and they zoomed into her phone from behind her.

And then flashed em across channels.
I still remember the message coz it was so funny. She was arguing with him I think and it was, "You were rude Saif, I'm hurt"

I mean any example where the celebrity is justified and media crossed the line?

Princess Diana... She gave her life trying to avoid paparazzi.

i dunno if it counts as invasion of privacy, but hate it when they barge in at funerals and take pictures of every celeb attending and consoling the family and friends of the deceased...

I can't think of many in BW, they're pretty good most of the time at shooting these celebs "professionally". I think back in the day when Aish and Abhi were getting married, they were hounded before, during, and after the marriage, since they were the new "IT" couple.

I also agree with smarie...there's really no need to click away at those who are already grieving. The paps should leave them alone.

also i think tapping people's telephone lines, installing secret cameras in hotel rooms etc is horrible and should count as invasion of privacy...i mean if they are accused/suspected criminals against whom they need evidence then thts a different story ofcourse...but doing such things just to get some cheap pap news is pathetic
