Lady In Red! The Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev Stun

Nina Dobrev looked amazing in a tight red dress, which looked like it was fastened with giant safety pins at the shoulders, yesterday as she walked the red carpet at Variety's 7th Annual Power Of Youth.

The Vampire Diaries babe attended the event alongside many famous faces, including the likes of Patrick Schwarzenegger and Brandon T. Jackson, all representing the 'Power of Youths' across the globe.

Nina has been hitting the headlines a fair amount recently, after going through a rather public "alleged split" with co-star Ian Somerhalder and the pair were reunited at this year's Comic-Con.

And it seems like Ian is keen for his ex GF to move on, with him even attempting to set a fan up on a date with the brunette!

E! News reported Nina asking the audience: "Is there anyone Elena hasn't made out with?", linking back to her The Vampire Diaries role and when a fan took their chance and shouted out: "Me!", it was Ian who offered to put in the leg work for a date.

The actor, who plays the role of Damon Salvatore in the hit show, then told the fan: "Give me your number. I'll set you up."

And if that wasn't awkward enough, a source went on to add that the pair allegedly tried to avoid contact with each other in the press section of the event.

The insider commented: "Ian showed up and Nina showed up shortly after. She saw Ian was right in front of her and went away, then came back a little later so they were spaced out a bit more during press-line interviews."
