Look-Surbhi knows what to do with her career and personal life.. And everyone has different priorities..MAy be for her personal life is more important than her career.. Commitment its wont affect her career.. There are many successful people who were committed.. SRK got married to his best friend and love in early career when he was not at all famous, Hritik Roshan got married just after KNPH(his first movie) released which was super hit and which made him super star overnight , and today he is successful with good personal life..
You may think career is everything, but different ppl have different priorities, Madhuri Dixit left everything when her career was at peak and got married moved to US, and still she is very happy with her life because she did what she wanted .One should do what makes them happy rather than running behind money and fame...Being happy is more important, and it depends on person what makes you happy, personal life or career..
And she is not getting married now only thing is she has boyfriend..
