Tally , yes they are abundantly sold in the middle east infact they have the best qualiy ones ..but the woman dont eat them in the early months to avoid miscarriage ..have heard that Pinapple and Papaya have the same effect .But ..i dont think a lil bit of khajoor would do much harm ..its only if u eat in excess.Dates are a good source of calcium and folic acid, both imortant nutrients for a pregnant woman...
