I really despo want Karuna to be a good guy for a change. I think JW deserves it, Bani has one good sis and one bad sis and lots of other sympathetic (if gfn) fellows, JW could do with one good sis when he has one evil sis and lots of ungrateful others. The other thing that I have observed about JW is that unlike his wife he does not give precedence to blood ties when it comes to love and trust. He has preferred Karuna (a cousin) and the Dixit sisters (outsiders) to Jigs (sister), sided with Adi/Dadi against his own sis and preferred a rank outsider like Pooch ( unless he is a product of an youthful indiscretion with Sarlaben) over his own nephews. Not that this trust has done him any good.
But, thankfully some things will never change. Our Bani for instance. So many things have happened- the ONS, her hubby's shradh, her pregnancy and her sisters' for instance- but she will never give up her favourite activities:
Jasoosi-Eavesdropping on Sahil & Jigs
Banigiri- Refusing to share secrets with Rano.
Babysitting- Taking care of Rano. And did I hear her saying, main apne behenon to khoosh rakhna janti hoon, "behenen"? does that mean Pia is still in her good books
Bhoot worshipping- Remembering another of Kiran's pravachan- of course she has forgotten the other famous pravachan "Koi bhi galtee....."
Bani then prepares a halwa with dates for Rano, to mollify her anger. Expectedly, Rano falls ill. Now I am not a medical expert either on dates or on pregnancy but am an expert on KS. What Bani did yesterday is representative of her life in general- her cure for problems is worse than the disease.
That Bani isn't changing is bad for Bani but good news for professional Bani bashers like me.
As far as JB-II are concerned, it does not look good at all, fainting means either pregnancy or cancer and since Ranveer wasn't looking happy, it has sadly to be third. May God be with them. The good thing of course is that Ranveer is now pro-Bani and his pro-Bani stance will be far more effective than Sahil's anti-Bani stance. Ranveer is far stronger person than Sahil can ever be.
The last scene suggests that even if JW would go into exile as looks likely at this stage, he would never stop caring either for Bani or the rest of his family.
Hope I have made some sense.
Rgds,
Priyanka
