This is an open thread! So all welcome to Discuss the Episode😛

But ofcourse with great power comes great responsibility and also as we know our dear Gangster is a very law abiding citizen😛...Never goes on a ride without the seat belt😳
We also cannot start this thread without some basic rules, can we?

Some bullet points😛

  • This is a Discussion Thread and we can analyze, describe, critcize (Constructively) the episode over here...but NO bashing ...either the members or the actors...
  • Since the thread is open, let everybody vent their opinions...Every opinion as long it is not degrading or in violative of the rules of IF, is most welcome...
  • Masti is FULLLTOOO permitted😳 but spamming is illegal in all countries😛
  • Keep the quoting to the minimum...better to reply with @ so that the thread is not very heavy...
  • The thread will be put up on daily basis by me or Koeli😳 Any problem with the thread, do pm either of us😳
  • The thread will be put after the Episode Telecast time...

ok so the reason why im disappointed. theres no denying the fact that we have seen ENOUGH of guys being rude and intense and angsty to their girls , and the girls no matter how tough or moralistic start crying and be all pained and in misery when the guy pins her against a wall , and goes all "i am a jerk and that's apparently hot" on her. I have seen it enough and my earlier younger adolescent mills and boons loving brain used to not mind it at all but i am sick of seeing the same thing again and again. For once , i liked a hindi serial heroine which is a shocking revelation to me , in all honesty , BUT , suddenly Antara is displaying those EXACT , i am crying moments to a rude hero which i have seen in every heroine in a hindi serial , and Antara before this , contradicted all the conventions of a typical hindi serial heroine. And this is exactly why i am disappointed. I miss the girl who simply and slightly pushed Raghu away when he previously hurt her and broke her bangles , and it didn't even affect her nor did she cringe in pain nor did she do any drama. She pushed him , adjusted her bangles , gave one " fierce and yet I'm in control look" , and without any drama just walked away from there. I miss that girl. Not this girl who started tearing up when Raghu did the exact same thing today. Neither am I liking the sudden stereotypical rude hero attributes magically sticking onto Raghu's behaviour. Its irrational and way too typical of all the angry heroes on indian tv we have seen for the past decades. We love this two cause contrary to the usual hero and heroines , they were DIFFERENT. And suddenly , they are becoming the conventional story we have been seeing on tv for a long time. And this is exactly where my problem lies. Anyway.

I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this but something is missing from episodes these days.

I double this...something is missing..that spark and that edge is missing...the tussle doesnot have the same spunk and feeling...and also the factor as we last discussed...
the gharelu aspect of Raghu😕 The track is very used as in the same house and tu tu main main...although aaji is really good but still the refreshing attitude that was the usp of the show is missing..

Same pinch. Couldn't agree more with you. Raghu's anger makes sense but Antara's tears don't. For a girl, as confident and strong as her, the every now and then crying doesn't seem to go down logical.

i know i shudnt be saying this and il be bashed left and right but i have been an ardent follower of the show from beginning and now it seems the show lost its charm ...it has stopped at one place with continued angst between lead pair and it gets boring after a sort of time ...ghisa pita is the word... well i hate violence against women yet i found raghu holding antara in a possesive or angry way hot .. but still nowadays its as if both of them are onto each other ... either one is apologising ... and the other is ignoring .. or both are busy hitting on each other ... same monotone .. they need to pace the story a little bit .. make it different and fast now .. !!

dear being confident is something different n feeling someone else pain is diff. She was crying bz ahe can feel bis pain as she also has lost his father. N abv that she unintentinally hurt him. So she might be thinking that he was already in pain n ahe increased that.
