Overnights: IPK dominates Star Life OK

Star Life Ok's experiment to re-run the first series of hit show 'Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon' is working a treat for the channel, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The Arnav-Khushi romantic drama pulled in 20,800 viewers at 14:00 for the Hindi episode ' peaking at 28,700 viewers. The English dubbed version at 18:00 got just 1,000 viewers. 'Savitri' was second with 9,700 viewers, followed by 'Savdhaan India' got 9,200 viewers.

On Star Plus, 'Veera' was back on top with 173,400 viewers, followed by 'SaraswatiChandra' with 151,300 viewers and 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' next with 135,600 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' (128,400), 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' (118,700), 'Pyar Ka Dard Hai' (114,800), 'Saathiya' (88,500), 'Meri Bhabhi' (85,800) and 'Ek Ghar Banaunga' (42,600).

On Rishtey, 'Bigg Boss' (re-run) managed to attract 54,300 viewers at 21:30, followed by 'Bani ' Ishq Da Kalma' with 44,200 viewers and 'Bairi Piya' next with 18,500 viewers.

On Sony SAB TV, 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' got 42,100 viewers, followed by 'Jeanie Aur Juju' with 3,500 viewers and 'Chidiyaghar' with just 1,600 viewers.
