CHAPTER 2
------The next day------
The sun rose and the sun rays disturbed the beautiful princess sleeping on her bed as they were directly falling on her face..She let out a sweet moan and slowly opened her eyes..Her head felt heavy since she had been crying for so much time..
But, this new day brought new hopes for her.. She was not gonna think about him anymore..If he does not care, even she would not..What does he think of himself?? Now she would show that he did not even matter to him..
She quickly got up and got ready.. Today was her first day in the college..She was gonna study in the same college as Rey did.. And this would make her mission "AVOID REY" more difficult..
Firstly, she went and prayed to GOD and took his blessings..She was lost in her prayers..At the same time, Rey entered.. His eyes caught the sight of her.. He remembered yesterday's events..He remebered the fall and how beautiful she looked.. And again he was lost in her beauty..She looked so innocent while praying..She was constantly making faces as if having a conversation with god..Damn!! How can someone be so cute.. But, then he remembered Kriya's anger and his mind was again filled with anger..
Rey's mom asked Taani to distribute the offerings to everyone.'She turned and gave it to every one..But when she saw Rey, she felt her eyes getting filled with tears and pain..But she controlled herself and reminded herself to be strong..Rey looked at her and forwarded his hands for the offerings but Taani steeped back and called out..
Taani(loudly) -- Kaka!!!
The servant of the house came running..
Taani -- Kaka!! Maine sab ko offerings dedi hai..Agar KOI(looking at Rey) Bach gaya ho to aap de dena..
She handed him the plate and moved away from there...
Rey was shocked and stared at her with irritation..
And in irritation, he too moved from there without taking the offerings..
---At the dining table---
Everyone sat at the dining table for breakfast, except TaaRey..
Taani was about to sit on a chair when Rey forcefully moved the chair from its place..
Taani -- What is this, haan??
Rey -- Ye meri jagah hai to yahaan main baithoonga..
Taani -- kya yahaan par aap ne apna naam engrave karwaaya hai kya jo ye aapko aapki chair lag rahi hai..Nahi na.. To main yahaan baithoongi.
Rey -- par main yahaan hamesha baith ta hoon..
Taani -- Par ab main baithoongi..
Rey -- This is my place..
Taani -- Main yahaan pehle aayi thi..
TaaRey -- Dekho tum/ Dekhiye aap..
Daadi -- are are bas karo tum dono..Rey baithne do na usse wahaan par..Tum yahaan baith jao..
Rey -- Par daadi..
Daadi -- Rey!!!!
Rey(in a low tone) -- Ok daadi..
He stamped his foot and went towards the other chair while
staring at Taani..And Taani gave him a WHATEVER look..
Rey quickly had his breakfast as he had to go to Kriya's home and explain her everything about yesterday..So, after finishing his breakfast, he was about to go when he was stopped by his parents..
Rey's Mom(R.M) -- Are beta, tum itni jaldi kahaan jaa rahe ho??
Rey -- Mom.. ummm.. wo.. main.. Haan.. Mujhe college main kuch kaam hai to mujhe jaldi jaana hoga..
Rey's Dad(R.D) -- to beta, apne saath Taani ko bhi le jao..
TaaRey's eyes popped out listening to this.. Rey had to go to Kriya and taking Taani with him..NO!!! And Taani had to avoid rey.. So, No WAYS!!!
TaaRey(at the same time) -- NO!!!
Everyone was staring at them..
Taani(stammering) -- wo.. Handsome.. Its ok.. Umm.. Main chali jaoungi..
Rey -- haan dad.. Wo koi choti bachi thodi na hai jo mujhe usko apne saath carefully le kar jaana pade..
Taani glared at him but he did not even bother to look at her increasing her anger even more..
R.D -- Rey!!! Maine kaha na tum Taani ko apne saath hi lekar jaoge..Samjhe tum..Wo yahaan par nai hai so usse problem ho sakti hai..Aur jab tum dono same college main ho to kya problem hai..
Rey -- Par dad..
R.D -- YOU ARE TAKING HER WITH YOU AND THAT'S FINAL..
Rey -- OK..
Now Rey was irritated more.. Firstly, Taani was the reason behind Kriya's misunderstading and then now because of her, he could not even meet Kriya..
Rey marched towards his car in anger while taani followed him..
Rey sat on the driver's seat and was waiting for Taani to sit..She did not want to sit with him on the front seat.. So, she moved towards the back seat..Actually, she was nervous to sit with HIM..
Rey looked at her confused..
Rey(irritated) -- Oh hello!! Main koi tumhaara driver nahi hoon jo tum wahaan baithi hui ho.. Utro wahaan se aur mere paas baitho..
Taani looked at him.. Rey realised what he said and
Rey-- Umm. I mean saamne baitho..
But taani was in no mood to listen to him..
Rey knew that she has always been stubborn since childhood..Her behaviour was irritating him even more..He got out of his car and marched towards her door..He opened the door and dragged her out..He pushed her inside the car and shut the door and made himself seated at the driver's seat..
Rey -- Taani apna seat belt lagao..
Taani ignored him..
Rey -- Maine kaha apna seat belt lagao..
Taani -- Mujhe nahi lagaana..Aapki problem kya hai haan.. Kyun aap mujhse itni zabardasti kar rahe ho..Dekho Re..
The words did not come out of her mouth when she noticed him moving towards her..By each passing second, his face moved closer to hers..
Taani -- Rey.. Re..
But he did not stop.. He moved towards her.. He was so close to her that she was breathing heavily'His face was in her hair and he was getting lost in her sweet smell..And here taani could not bear this much proximity..She closed her eyes unknowingly..
Rey managed to brush away his thoughts and fastened her seatbelt and moved away..Taani too composed herself and sat straight'And then, they drove to the college...
