Bharmal is at Jalal's court and offers Jalal the hand of Jodha in marriage. Jalal says : "Jab Amer hi mera hai, usme har cheez mera hi hai. Amer ke hith ke liye hum aapke rishta jodha ke haath ke liye sweekaar karte hain".
Bharmal looks blissfully pleased and haath jodkar he looks thankful to Jalal.
(Here it seems like Jalal was speaking with a double meaning. At one level he was speaking as if he owns Amer and Jodha now, but outwardly it also sounded like "Since Amer is now mine, I am the protector of everything in it." Both men also sounded like they had the "hith" of Amer in mind and for that only they are doing this alliance!)
Waise, since Bharmal himself has made the marriage offer, Jalal has had no work to do but gleefully accept the proposal.!
