really...
my Vice chancellor behaves at times very weird..
obviously this was directed at the girls..
women--->salwars or sarees

men---> (we really thought they would turn up in dhotis , it would have been funny)..they got along with trousers and shirts.... and if they sport a tir, my VC would be really happy but they usually dont..

and yeah BTW mobile fones are banned in my uni

and for the issue.. most news channels incl NDTV bashes my VC on tv with him on the Big talk one day too...

I felt good watching that

PS: he feels women in westerns tend to seduce men . and students get distracted😆

i was a total jeans-tshirt person.. turned to salwar kameez overnight🤢
