It began as a whispering in the air. The day had been beautiful and the sky was like a dome of plasma-blue. The clouds had looked like airy anvils drifting under the gleaming disc of sun. A huffing wind rose up then, stirring the flaps of our tent. A tinkling sound came to our ears as the first pearls of rain dropped onto the leaves. The sound was like the glassy clinking of a champagne flute, lilting and clear. A sheet of rain passed over us and the sound intensified. The noise on the tent was like the phut-phut-phut that ripened nuts make when they hit the ground. It wasn't the soft, sodden, swollen drops of spring we were hearing; it was like ball-bearings were hitting the canvas roof with force. We could also hear an occasional Ker-plunking sound. It was caused by the rainwater gathered on the tent falling to the ground in a great swash of release.
Blair: Manyata?
[Her friend called her from the back while she was looking outside]
Manyata: Yes Blair?
[Blair smiled and advanced toward her. She is her best friend in New York and only family member she has. She took her in when no one did]
Blair: Moni do you think you can get me the files from my office please?
[She looked helpless to Manyata]
Manyata: Sure. I will be glad.
[She gave a sweet smile to Blair]
Blair: Thanks love. By the way there's a new boss, I think you will be able to see him.
[Starts to search for something]
Manyata: Oh okay thanks for the info. Bye, see you in an hour or so.
She left the building. She was thinking to her self
"How stupid am I? I forgot an umbrella, oh well the office was just around my apartment. I kept thinking about him, the man who left me in my helpless moments. Why did he have to be like this why? I kept asking myself these questions for the past year, but never got an answer from it."
[She finally reached her destination; She opened the door to the office and went
straight to Blair's cabinet.]
Manyata: Oh there it is.
[She takes the red and starts to leave the cabinet. She looks around the office not satisfied with everything happening in her life. She wanted to escape this horror full world and finally she has been able to.]
Manyata: Ouch!
[She closed her eyes as hard as she can fear to fall again. This reminded her the first time she fell into his arms. Why is everything she does relate to him? She can't even imagine seeing him right now perhaps that's what she thought. She opened her eyes still in fear of seeing the same face and her worst yet beautiful nightmare came true.]
Manyata: Tum?!?
[He couldn't believe he have found the person whom he has been searching for a long time. Finally everything will be normal and life will be back on track but somewhere in his heart he felt like today isn't the day for that. But it doesn't hurt to try he thought.]
Uday: Haan mein, koi problem hai tumhe?
[He smirked replying her.]
Manyata: Haan hai Chodo mujhe.
[She tried to get out of his grips even though his grip gotten stronger as much as she tried.]
Uday: Nope.
[He protested still holding her by her waist when her hand was holding shirt tightly.]
Manyata: Yes and woh bhi abhi. Mujhe ghar jana hai.
Uday: I need to talk to you, it's important.
[He sounded low and sad which can melt her any minute but she kept on repeating the same thing]
Manyata: Well I don't care if it's important or not. Mujhe ghar jana hai so jane do.
[She again tried to get out of his grip and finally she achieved her goal and started to walk away from him.]
Uday: Manyata ruko. Meri baat suno.
[He followed her calling her name]
Manyata: Nehi Uday aur nehi . Bohut seh chuki hoon mein aur nehi.
[She remembers what happened last year]
Uday: Manyata please meri baat suno phir tumhe jo kehna hai khe lena please. Ek baar to sun lo.
[He now was crying; he was desperate. He wanted to make everything right, but nothing is going as he planed. Manyata finally stops and gives him a chance to speak.]
Uday [Walking toward her]:
Uss din humare engament ke din, jo tumne dekha woh saach nehi tha. Mere aur J ke beech kuch nehi hai. Please trust me woh saab ek misunderstanding tha. She tried to blackmail me and I tried to stop her but that's when you showed up and took it the wrong way and dint even let me explain myself. On top of that you left India. Kyun kia? I mean I know why but still ek mauka toh dia hota na iss Uday ke upar? Do you hate me so much that you couldn't at least hear my explanations to why all these things happened in the first place? Kya mein itna bura hoon?
[He was on floor on his knees crying like a child looking helpless at her. He knew whatever happened was wrong and in her eyes they were correct but she shouldn't have judged a book by its cover.]
Manyata [Crying along with him]:
Kya yeh saach hai? Uss din aisa kuch nehi hua?
[Uday nods his head in no still crying]
Uday: Haan aisa kuch nehi hua, nehi hai and na kabhi rahega. Mere dil mein sirf ek hi rajkumari ke naam hai aur woh hai Manyata.
[She felt her self already melting for him but somehow stops herself as she doesn't want to get hurt again and thinks it's the best to stay separate.]
Manyata: Uday... jo hua so hua paar ek baat saab theek nehi ho sakta.
[She managed to say the last words in difficulty.]
Uday: Kyun nehi? Hum phir se ek khwaab dekh sakte hai'
[Trying to persuade her]
Manyata: Sakte hain paar karna mushkil hoga'
[She faced her back toward him]
Uday: Try toh kaar sakte haina?
[He tried to persuade her again hoping for something good to comeout]
Manyata: Nehi, I am not in that state anymore. I'm sorry Uday. Bye.
[She ran from there before he can see her cry.]
[She starts to leave but when she reached the door, the door got locked. She tired to open it but it dint open. She was frustrated that why is everything happening now? First she forgets to take an umbrella for which she has now gotten a cold. Than she saw him even though misunderstandings cleared out she still wasn't satisfied. And now the door is locked.]
Manyata: Ugh iss door abhi lock hona tha kya?
Uday: Kya hua?
[He said while coming to her.]
Manyata: Door locked -_-
[He smirked seeing the door as he now knows nothing bad will happen and there's a chance for everything to be fixed]
Uday: Dekha God bhi yehi chate hai hum phirse ek ho jaye.
[He gave a wide smile when she rolled her eyes at him]
Manyata: In your dreams.
[She tried to open the door again]
Uday: Nehi ji dream paar nehi, reality mein.
[He winked at her and she almost smiled but soon realized that she's not falling into this thing again]
Manyata: Acha joke tha. Aab darwaza khulo.
[Gives him a murder look and shows the door]
Uday: Ok mein try karta hoon.
[Giving up, he goes to the door he tries to open the door but its tightly locked.]
Uday: Nehi ho raha hai.
[He smiled but than to show off he gave a sad expression]
Manyata: ugh ab kya hoga?
[She sits on the floor cursing her life at this moment]
Uday: Kuch nehi, baas yahan pe raho jab taak open nehi hota.
[Also sits next to her in the floor but she avoids him]
[Time passes by Uday tries to talk to Manyata but she doesn't give him the chance either she gets up and walks around in frustration or sneezes due to the cold she has gotten. Its been an hour and they both are locked in the room Manyata called the office security guard to come and check but he hasn't arrived yet.]
Manyata: Where the hell is this security guard?
Uday: Chill I'm sure he's looking for the key.
[Just than they hear the security guard coming. Manyata becomes happy while Uday gets mad at the security guard for showing up.]
Uday [to himself]:
Isko bhi abhi anna tha? Aur late nehi ah sakte the kya? At least tab jab mujhe mere purani Manyata mill jate. Iska toh chutti aab.
[He was so irritated that he kept on thinking about firing the security guard. The door opens and ManVeer thanks the guard and heads out of the office.]

The moment they got out of the office a raindrop falls into Manyata's eyes. She loved the feeling of it. A smile formed on her face.

[Uday smiles seeing her smile]

[She twirls around feeling the rain all over her]

[He couldn't helpe himself and follows her]

[He comes from the back and holds her from her stomach.
It was visible due to the short top she was wearing]

kya karna hai aisanaa bhaaye piya ko,
tann gora kya karna hai aisa
[She felt butterflies in stomach just in a single touch of him.
It wasn't the first time but every time he touches her she feels that way.]
leja leja churaake saare rang leja
[He turns her around. Both look into each others eyes.]
raatee raatee mai bhigu saath me, tu aisee mulaakaat leja
[He tries to kiss her lips but she moves away and plays in the rain]
leja leja, leja leja re, leja leja ha re
[He follows her and holds her by the arm and pins her against the nearest wall]
chaahu paas paas aana
[He kisses her forehead, she closes her eyes]
koyee dhundh ke bahaana
[He kisses her both cheeks. Than her gives pecks on her neck]
tumhe apna aana
[Tries to kiss her lips]
chaahe ruthe yeh jamaana,
[She pushes him back]
chaahe maare jag taana
[He can see teardrops falling from her eyes. It was extra ordinary and he could take the fact he is the reason behind her teardrops]
tumako hai paana
[He takes her hand and pulls her toward him and kisses her lips]
nee muiye saaree raato kee,
[At first it was an aggressive kiss]
kahaanee koyee toh hogee
[He bites her lower lip making her moan]
jo jaage taare raato ko, ya jaage jogee
[This time she also responds back with the same passion.]
hoo nee muiye haay
[Her hands were around his neck pulling him closer to her
and his hands were around her waist bringing her closer to him]
nee muiye hotee hai, kucch baate hotee hai raato me
[They break the kiss when they out of breath]
jo jaage hai jogee ya taare jage hai raato me
[Manyata blushes thinking what just happened and hugs
Uday tightly hiding her face in his chest while he smiled due to
the fact she has finally gave in]
leja leja re mehakee raat me churaake saare rang leja
[They break the hug and Uday askes Manyata to dance with him and he agrees]
raatee raatee mai bhigu
[He takes her and starts a slow dance]
nee muiye, nee muiye,
leja leja re bhigu re haai nee muiye,
nee muiye, nee muiye leja leja aa re
