Tucy: 'Jodhaa, Akbar were married' (1:56)

Feb. 25 - Ziauddin Tucy, the great grandson of the last Mughal Emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar has challenged the claims of protesters of the film, "Jodhaa Akbar" asserting that he has a painting of Jodhaa and Akbar after their wedding.

even i was searcjhing for a news the jodhpur royal family also agreed to this
but i couldn't find it it was published during movie protest 😳

Arre, but protest isn't on Jodha-Akbar being married. They know he had a Rajput Princess. They are protesting cuz -

1. Name - Jodha. They feel the woman named Jodha was Jahangir's wife and the makers are committing blasphemy by connecting her father in law (Akbar) romantically to her. They think history is inconclusive on the name of Akbar's Rajput wife. As many know, her name varies between Heer Kunwar, Harkha Bai etc.

2. They are jobless. It's a great timepass for them, I suppose, to have something to protest about and harp on their "shaan" getting demolished by Ekta. Damn, their ancestors were mighty warriors! What would they think about their descendants protesting over a stupid show when the whole country is in disrepair?

3. MIGHT be Ekta's gimmick to promote her dream project. Maybe it isn't taking off like its supposed to cuz of the dragging storyline. People are impatient for AkDha and all they have seen are politics. Indian tv audiences don't have so much of patience. They will probably come back once the real story starts.

^^that issue also was given a logical answer. AKbar's queen Jodha was named as Jodha for a particular reason and Jahangir's wife was also named as Jodha,but for a very different reason.

But THEY just do not understand.or maybe they DO NOT WANT TO understand.

yeah if Royal family agree that marriage has been occurred between Jodha and Akbar than there is no point for all the dramas created by rajput leaders ..cuz they are not from Royal family.. so how can they claim their false stories to be true over royal family's admission. Simply LOL for THE MEDIA AS WELL FOR THE PPL WHO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH A CLAIM.
