Palki's explanation as to why Taani's character was ended is absolutely ridiculous.
She acts as if she didn't know that Taani was a non-dancer being introduced into a dance show.
As if she didn't know that Taani (a non-dancer) was going to be the love of a dancer, the sister of a dancer.
And that fact that she said that she didn't know how to incorporate Taani into the story is complete bullshit. I can think of a billion different ways to incorporate Taani into this story line.
What the hell is she the creative for?
"Rey will live in Taani's memories" That's exactly why he hasn't thought about her once ever since she left right? No, he's too busy figuring out why the gang won't pay any attention to him.
TaaRey were something very different for me. They showed the clash of love between two completely different worlds. Between two people who had absolutely nothing in common. They truly expressed the expression "Opposites Attract" They showed that even if someone does not think the same as another, they can work through anything. Because true love wins in the end.
By ending TaaRey and Taani so abruptly, they have really showed that two different worlds can't become one. They've made a joke out of love itself.
It's extremely disappointing but I guess at the end of the day, it was our fault for getting extremely attached to a show and a fictional couple/characters.
"Our suffering comes from our attachment to people and things, our repeated attempts to find something lasting where there is nothing lasting to be found." - Philip Martin
Coming to Vrinda - I can honestly say that it was her dedication, hard work and effort that made me fall in love with Taani. I think Taani represented a typical young girl who goes through some emotional turmoils to become mature. Taani's' story for me has been a very realistic one. Even though, I am extremely saddened that Taani's character has come to an end, I wish Vrinda all the luck in the world. This girl has the ability to carry a whole show on her shoulders. She is an acceptional actor. Her eyes can express so many different emotions at once. She sure is an actor with a bright future ahead of her. She's beautiful, down to earth, humble, kind-hearted and an amazing human. I know many people are upset that Vrinda's exit was so sudden but there is a quote which makes it all okay.
"You must give up the life you had planned in order to have the life that is waiting for you" - Joseph Campbell
Even though Vrinda's exit was not planned, it happened and all we can do now is hope for a much brighter future for her.
Good Luck Vrinda Dawda and Keep Rocking.
