There are many perspectives of the story and both shows will show the same story but from different angles.
Akbar was a ruthless conqueror indeed and his apparent conversion to a sensitive and thoughtful ruler began post his marriage to Harka Bai or Mariam-uz-Zamani or as we know her as Jodha Bai in the show when he came under influence of Shaik Salim Chisti, primarily to seek blessings to have an heir but the later got influenced by Shaik's ideologies and turned more benevolent and religiously tolerant.
But all this happened after the battle of Haldighati where Pratap got defeated in the hands of Akbar after Akbar captured Mewar fort after brutally murdering his brothers Jaimal and Patta and Pratap was forced to flee and spend many years in exile.
This atrocity caused many other rulers of Rajputana to agree to enter matrimonial alliances with Akbar to avoid such destruction in their areas, one of which was the alliance with Amer, even though Pratapa and Jodha were maternal relatives
That's all the factual stuff
How Ekta maata handles this sensitive information in this show is yet to be seen 😉
I personally feel in the other show where Pratap is the protagonist, Akbar shall be shown as an out-and-out antagonist, while in this one, he will have an image of an anti-hero during the war scenes.
But the homage Akbar pays to Pratap post his downfall is an important part, which has often been described in many poems and stories written in Pratap's praise and I feel a scene based on this should not be missed out in this show as well

don't worry lolz
there is way too long to enter akbar in MP
still MP's childhood part is going in MP
but cast of mp are perfect so can't say anything
still not reason to fear as here its fictional show based on JA lovestory
and MP is historical show based MP so no chance to show jodha in MP and mp in show JA as show is not on akbar the gr8.

JA khazane ki khojh mae jaenge... Akbar Jodah shikar par lakar jaenge...waha obviously Jodah unko insaan bana dengi aur who shikaar se tauba kar lenge,, phir dono jungle me gum ho jaenge...junge me mungle track, phir waha sae kisi yatra par chale jaenge aur kaali maa ki pooja karenge...
agar MP sae jung karange, Rajputana aur Hindustan k diff areas par kabza karenge tau insaan kaise bane ge.

but there was relation in meerabai and mp
and can't say how they will show akbar in mp
they showed shasm khan not as villian but more clown
hope they will show in betterway when it comes to akbar
as he too felt bad when mp died.

Ohh Sara di, your lines are too funny🤣 but don't get angry..😊..In JA the casting of Rajputs are not upto mark except Sujamal and Suryavan and many still believe that Jodha's casting is not also appropriate. But no one can say that RT is not a correct choice for Akbar, even Ruqaiyaa is now more beautiful and looks royal than Jodha, and Salima too . Adham Khan is perfect. Ekta is really trying to show every single incidents happened in real Akbar's life from his Marriage with Ruqaiya at a tender age and then Salima after BK's death. She is blending a romantic essence with her story. But I don't think she will take that much risk and portray Akbar as a clown. I hope she has learnt enough from her disaster in Mahabharat and she has spent lots of money in this show, so hope she doesn't want to wrap up her show very soon...😉

Not very sure about the relation between Jodha and Pratap now
These shows are confusing us a lot
In the other show, the mentioned Maan Singh as Jayawanta Bai's brother.
But there's a Maan Singh who is the son of Bhagwant Das who is Jodha Bai's brother .
And Akbar was younger that Pratap, even though Pratap's granny Karnavati and Akbar's father Humayun were rakhi bro-sis.
So how can Maan Singh be Pratap's uncle?
GAWD!!! These real facts and show facts will drive me nuts.
I think I should just watch and enjoy both shows like any other soap and not a period drama 😆
