I think Tanveer did it purposely

For some reason, I thought Tanveer took the papaya purposely. She wanted everyone to know she is pregnant. Her expression was not that of a shock that everyone found out but more of happy that they figured it out.
I think since Asad wouldn't tell Dilshaad the reason for hurrying the nikah, she did it.

Even i think she did it purposely... vo kehte hein na ki jab geedad ki maut aati hai tab vo sheher ki tsraf bhaagta hai, this is the onset of her doom... shez spilling the beans herself... zoe ko kuch karna hi nahi padega, tannu will expose herself by doing foolish acts now

I feel like she did do it on purpose but then I'm not sure at the same time. She is just to much.
