I love the idea of Zoya as Asad's protector when he is at his most defeated, self loathing n vulnerable state... I too noticed that Zoya was only initially broken by Asad's devastating decision not to get married. Good thing when Tanu opened her mouth bcoz then Zoya understood what was going on.

I wish someone would explain it to Dilshad ammi though...she was shattered about her son's behaviour :(
