hi i dont know the story that well but i think that after karan and nandani got married nandani to prison for killing gujral and went into a coma after giving birth to bhoomi before going into coma nandani had asked tanya to take care of her daughter then the virani forced karan to marry tanya so that she can take care of bhoomi. After that i dont know i think nandanididint want to come back into karan life because she didint want to ruin tanya life, im soory guys if im wrong someone please correct if its any different.
