Katrina Kaif's PR machinery was working full time a day before her birthday planting stories about how the actress was not going home to London this year as she is not keeping well. Kat was a picture of good health on June 16 when she landed to see a film trial arranged by Kiran Rao. The actress arrived in her car separately, while Ranbir arrived in his car a little later. After the film, the duo left the screening alag-alag as well. But they hadn't expected paparazzi to be outside the restaurant they went to dinner after the film.
