Time to rejoice…all you Gurmeet Choudhary fans. Your long standing desire of seeing your favorite hero on the big screen may be fulfilled soon. According to a source, Gurmeet will apparently start shooting for a Hindi film. Not been able to confirm the name of the production house or title of the film.

Though it is good news for Gurmeet in terms of career progression, there is also a buzz that he will stop taking TV projects like his fellow small screen to 70mm counterparts Sushant Singh Rajput, Ayushmann Khuranna, Amit Sadh and more.

Apparently, he has already turned down a few small screen projects.

The same source added, "It will not be very easy for Gurmeet to make the shift to cinema which has been his wish for a long time as he has quite a few limitations. He himself is aware of it and will have to really work hard to make the jump."

On another note, a source close to Gurmeet says, "No decision has been taken on films as of now. As for quitting TV is concerned, there are a couple of things in the kitty but nothing has been finalised yet."

First of all the person u published this article or the news he or she is not sure abt any thing and she or he knows the limitation of gc have Did gurmeet said that he is leaving tv recently no has he confirm the news of doing bw movie no and the reporter is not aware of the movie and ph but have to say something against gc so give an article and than say something against him pls clarirfy the limitations gc has as my pov gc had lots of potential in acting dancing action emotion and can play a college student to a superhero to a negative role too so to say someithing bad of him plz dont make any article on his name

I know he is very down to earth person.. but I believe that jab insaan bahut bada ho jata hai tab logo se dur ho jata hain" I wish that he doesn't change and remain easily approachable, and dont behave like a star or 'Hero' once he starts doing film.. Its good for his career in terms of career growth..financially etc... but its not good for fans because I believe that Tv is a medium which is very approachable but bollywood 'big screen' no definitely not... lets wish him good luck... everybody has their own dream and try to fulfill their dreams.. nothing wrong in it..
