Well this is for Dhanu actually 🤗.. I know u want me to translate the scenes...So what better than to combine with the pic post i was gonna make...😳

Chhanchhan: Manav what are u doing?

Manav: The vows we both made while we took the marriage pheres, I came to fulfill those. You indeed shared your happiness with me, but now u r trying to take the punishments all alone, happiness and punishments we will together bear.

Chhanchhan: But Manav..,
Manav: shhh...

Manav: u fulfill ur duties of being a daughter in law for my family and I will fulfill the duties of being your husband.

Manav: I will come in a second ok? and he leaves her to wonder..

He knows her so well..Instead of trying to ask her to eat which he knew she would have refused for herself...he asks for himself knowing she will never deny it.. ❤️

Manav: "I know, u haven't eaten anything at all from the morning. Now r u going to make me go to sleep with an empty stomach? Come on, let's eat... Come.."

And just as he expected no refusals with a smile she agrees...

He is about to feed her..but before she takes a morsel of food she feeds him...knowing he is hungry too..

And seeing him having food is enough to put a smile on her face..

Manav: Come, its ur turn now.

Its thundering...
Manav: On perfect! looks like along with dadaji even the gods have decided to punish us.

CC too looks out little worriedly..

My two favorite dialogues here from Manav - I'm fulfilling my wedding vows, you fulfill your duty as a bahu and I will fulfill my duty as a husband.

So many husbands expect their wives to fulfill all their duties as a DIL and a wife, but they forget they also have some duties towards their wives ... to support her and stand by her, come what may. And that is my chief objection to all the saas bahu shows currently on air.

Even the Hindu wedding vows state that a husband has to put his wife above EVERYONE else in his family ... she is his partner and they are inseparable. So all that nonsense they show in so many saas bahu shows where the husband puts his mom above everyone else including his wife, is wrong ... after marriage, his first duty and loyalty is to his wife, and her first duty and loyalty is to her husband. Am glad they are getting this across ... one part of the show I like the best!

Also loved that bit when he says ... I know you;re hungry, don't make me sleep on an empty stomach ... so matter of fact, but telling her that you didn't eat, so I haven't eaten ... no song and dance or long romantic dialogues, but very simple and sweet, leaving Chhanchhan with nothing to say. I think Chhanchhan knew he was hungry, and that's why she couldn't eat the sheera that Jigu brought for her, without knowing whether Manav had eaten or not ... awww 😳
