This season of JDJ is a BIG disappointment
.It was always told that colors was biased towards its stars...I never felt it so much as in this season.there is definitely a bias in favor of DD and Salman[note
that I am not commenting on their dance skills]and also Siddarth Shukla.In the latter's case though he keeps scoring low he always manages to move onto the next round.Much as i like him,I am honest in acknowledging that he is no dancer and Sonia is only partly to blame.
2.Standard of dances:disappointing.Dance is about grace and expressionsind the former sorely lacking.I am finding the kids steps also repetetive.
3.Judging:Inane and repetitive remarks.cannot gauge the scale on which marks are handed out.A couple of weeks back I found Karanvir's feather dance really cute and decent but he was given very low marks
4.Anchoring:Initially targetting only the girls and madhuri,which at present has thankfully been toned down a little
5.Decency:It is on this point that I am most disappointed.The dresses are getting shorter each week,dances are getting sleazier(oops sensuous,as per the judges).I am unable to watch it comfortably in the same room with my parents[know there will be posts telling me to stop watching]
These are just my viewpoints.Is there someone out there who feels the same?Looks like television will soon need a censor board
